The Edison agent for Peekskill, New York, D. Greenfest Company, ran this advertisement for the Edison phonograph in the December 6, 1916 edition of The Highland Democrat, Peekskill, N.Y.

In response to a request from a Facebook group member, I have managed to find an advertisement for a Singer phonograph being sold by Adams, in Milwaukee. This was in the December 8, 1916 edition of the Milwaukee Journal. The Singer was made by the Singerphone Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

America’s Largest Exclusive Victrola Store 1916

The Badger Talking Machine Shops boosted that it was the largest Victrola store in the United States, with its twelve sound proof demonstration booths, in the December 6, 1916 edition of the Milwaukee Sentinel. Victor, took out a large ad on the page next to this insert.

The December 6, 1916 edition of The Milwaukee Sentinel carried this advertisement for the Windsor Phonograph, which was made by  The Windsor Furniture Company, Chicago, Illinois.
