Rare Pennington’s Record Advertisement 1924

The Pennington’s label is one of many short lived department store records, that were manufactured by the  Bridgeport Die and Machine Company on Elm Street in Bridgeport, CT. The other labels included Puritan, Triangle, Broadway, Everybody’s, and Supertone, to name a few. This obscure advertisement for Bamburg’s was located in the June 15, 1924 edition of the Newark Sunday Call, Newwark, N.J.
